The Broome County Industrial Development Agency will hold a Special Board meeting on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in The Agency Conference Room, at FIVE South College Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905.

On March 16, 2022, Governor Kathy Hochul signed Executive Order 11.4 continuing the state disaster emergency as set forth in Executive Order 11, continuing the suspensions and modifications of law contained in Executive Orders 11, 11.1, and 11.2, and 11.3, through April 15, 2022.
