Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law, and Governor Cuomo’s issuance of Executive Order 202.60 extended on October 5, 2020, extending the virtual meeting allowance to be held remotely until November 3, 2020, the Public Hearing scheduled for October 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m., will be held electronically via webinar instead of a public hearing open for the public to attend. Members of the public may listen to or view the Public Hearing and comment during the Public Hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Agency in writing or electronically. The Public Hearing will be transcribed and posted on the Agency’s website.
